Terms of Service & License Agreement

Pixel Art TV provides digital educational materials about pixel art, including video lessons and tutorials (the “Content”).

We offer recurring, prepaid, and lifetime access plans (“Plans”):

• Recurring Plans provide access for the billing period shown at the time of purchase and automatically renew for additional billing periods unless cancelled.
• Prepaid Plans provide access for a fixed period of time shown at the time of purchase. Prepaid Plans are paid in full at the time of purchase and do not automatically renew.
• Lifetime Plan is purchased with a one-time payment and provides access without a recurring billing period while the Pixel Art TV service remains available, subject to these Terms.

When you purchase a Plan, you receive immediate access to all Content available under that Plan at the time of purchase.

We may add new Content or update existing Content at no additional cost while you have access under an active Plan. We do not guarantee that new Content or updates will be added for any particular period of time.

You may create an account by providing a valid email address and username through our signup form or by making a purchase.

Your account uses passwordless authentication. To sign in, we send a secure login link (“magic link”) to the email address associated with your account.

By signing up, you agree to receive occasional news and updates from us. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time without deleting your account.

We may continue to send emails that are necessary to operate your account or fulfill your purchases, including magic links, download information, and security notices.

You may request deletion of your account at any time through our Contact page.

Account deletion is permanent and will cancel any future renewal of a recurring Plan and remove your access to the Content, including access remaining under a prepaid or lifetime Plan.

Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, such as PayPal, Stripe, and Asaas. These payment processors may apply their own terms, conditions, and fees.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location.

Depending on your location, your purchase may be subject to applicable taxes. Any such taxes are included in the displayed Plan price.

We may change our prices from time to time. Price changes do not affect Plan periods already purchased. If you have an active recurring Plan, your Plan price will remain the same for as long as that subscription remains continuously active. If your subscription ends and you later subscribe again, the price available at the time of your new purchase will apply.

Recurring Plans automatically renew for successive billing periods unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.

Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each renewal period at the same Plan price you paid when you first subscribed, for as long as that subscription remains continuously active.

Prepaid Plans and lifetime Plans do not automatically renew.

For a recurring Plan, you may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account settings or by submitting a request through our Contact page.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Content until that date and will not be charged for another renewal.

Prepaid Plans do not need to be cancelled. They expire automatically at the end of the period purchased and will not renew or result in another charge. You may purchase another Plan if you wish to continue accessing the Content after that period ends.

Lifetime Plan does not automatically renew and has no recurring billing period.

Because access to the Content is made available immediately after purchase, all purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Partial or unused Plan periods.
• Failure to cancel a recurring Plan before its renewal date.
• Unused time remaining on a prepaid Plan.
• Lifetime Plan after access to the Content has been provided.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Content made available to you under your Plan.

You may:

• Access and watch the Content.
• Apply the skills and techniques learned from the Content to personal and commercial projects.

We may suspend or remove your access to the Content if a payment fails, is reversed, refunded, or subject to a successful chargeback.

We may terminate your license and remove your access to the Content if you materially violate these Terms.

Where a violation can reasonably be corrected, we may give you an opportunity to remedy the violation before terminating your license.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability of the website or Content.

Lifetime Plan provides access for the lifetime of the Pixel Art TV service and does not guarantee that the service, website, or Content will remain available indefinitely.

We do not guarantee that using the Content will produce any particular artistic result, generate income, secure employment, or lead to commercial success.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Content or website.
